HOW WE DETERMINE THE PRICE

Once we gather all of the records for the upcoming month, we examine the information given.

(A) If there is a Parcel Number or a Full, real Property Address, the process of obtaining the Property Owners Name is not difficult. This takes about 1 minute to locate the Owners information and copy it into our database.

(B) If there are neither of those 2 pieces of information, then the process is more difficult. We have to locate the Final Judgment documents and read through them to locate and match who the Property Owner actually is. This can take up to 20 minutes per record.

Therefore, we set the cost as follows and you can order BOTH or just ONE set of records:

  • (A) – These records cost .25¢ each
  • (B) – These records cost $2.00 each
